Especially for olive lovers. Olives rolled in cream cheese, then in chopped pecans and cayenne pepper. Oh, yes, very, very good. :) Ingredients:
large stuffed olives |
1-8 ounce package cream cheese |
chopped pecans |
cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Roll olives in cream cheese
2. Then in chopped pecans, that have been sprinkled with cayenne pepper
3. Serve well chilled
4. Can be made a day or two ahead
5. This recipe calls for creativity, may use different nuts, spices, jalapenos, etc. :)
