Olive Stuffed Cheese Balls |

Sometimes, I forget about these little goodies, and they are delicious. Was served these recently, and I fell in love with them all over again! :) Ingredients:
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
dash cayenne (i like a good dash!) |
20 medium green olives, or olives of your choice |
Directions:
1. In large bowl with mixer*, cream together cheese and butter 2. Blend in flour and cayenne on low 3. Wrap a teaspoonful of dough around each olive, covering completely 4. Place on cookie sheet 5. Bake at 375 or 400 degree oven for 15 minutes 6. Makes about 20 balls 7. *Can mix these by hand 8. NOTE: Olive lovers, please refrain from eating before they are baked :) |
