A quick spread of olives and roasted garlic. Ingredients:
1/2 c pitted black olives (good ones, not canned) |
2 t olive oil |
2 t balsamic vinegar |
1 head roasted garlic |
1 t italian parsley (chopped) |
1/4 t black pepper |
Directions:
1. Food processor the whole mess together and serve with toasted bread or crackers. It'll be strong, so if you serve this with wine make sure it's a hearty red. |
