This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cartwright Estate in Richardson, Texas in 2002. Ingredients:
8 ounces seedless kalamata olives |
8 ounces black olives |
8 ounces green olives |
2 garlic cloves |
3 teaspoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Chop olives and garlic in food processor. 2. Pour into bowl then blend in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 3. Serve with melba toast circles. |
