1 (7 ounce) jar pimento-stuffed green olives, drained & coarsely chopped |
1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained & coarsely chopped |
3 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded & chopped |
1 jalapeno pepper, seed & coarsely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar |
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. 2. Serve with crackers. |
