A wonderful bread. Can be thinly sliced and baked in the oven for 10-15 minutes to make crackers. Although high in fat, it is low in carbs and has other good things happening! Gluten free. Ingredients:
1 serving almond flour jk gourmet |
0.75 cup almond butter, plain |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 serving egg, whole |
2 tbsp agave nectar |
4 tbsp arrowroot |
10 olives olives whole kalamata |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
0.5 tsp baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 7 x 3 loaf pan (size is important here) with oil. 2. Mix almond butter and olive oil until smooth, then add the egg and agave. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, arrowroot powder and baking soda. Blend the almond flour mixture into the wet ingredients and combine. Fold in oilves and rosemary. Pour batter into loaf pan. 3. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for one hour. |
