This is another one of those things we always ate at grandma's, but that I didn't realize was kind of weird until I met people from other families. It is really good, though! Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice, cooked |
1 cup cheddar cheese, diced |
1 (4 ounce) jar stuffed olives, diced |
1 cup tomato, diced |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1/3 cup water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a 9-inch casserole, cover, and bake for 1 hour. |
