This came out of a magazine and is very nice served with grilled pita bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped pitted ripe olives |
3 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon anchovy (optional) |
1/2 lemon |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Chop garlic. 2. Squeeze lemon. 3. Add rest of ingredients. 4. I use just a wee bit of anchovies. 5. Process to desired consistancy. |
