button mushrooms sauteed in good olive oil Ingredients:
1 lb button mushroom |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters). 2. heat olive oil in a non stick sautee pan. 3. add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan. 4. once mushrooms have browned nicely, season with salt and pepper and serve. |
