This dip is easy to make and goes wonderfully with any bread Ingredients:
2 cups fine quality extra virgin olive oil |
6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin |
sea salt & coarse cracked black pepper to taste |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and let it sit, unrefrigerated, for 30 minutes. Use as a dip with your favorite bread. |
