Crispy, moreish baked potatoes cooked with just olive oil and salt low fat to boot. Ingredients:
6 medium baking potatoes |
3 tablespoons olive oil, for drizzling |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. 2. Scrub the baking potatoes, then pat dry. Slice lengthways into three. Drizzle olive oil over a large baking sheet. 3. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, rub all over, then generously sprinkle with sea salt. 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes (longer for extra crispiness) turning halfway, until golden brown and tender. |
