This is a quick easy appetizer or snack even your kids could make it! Ingredients:
- fresh mozzerella (comes in water or cryovac packaging, but get the stuff in water) |
- 3 or 4 tomatoes |
- olive oil |
- balsamic vinegar (the thicker the better) |
- cracked pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes and mozzerella to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices. Lay about an even amount of tomato and mozzerella slices out on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste (but don't go too skimpy) and add cracked pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy or just snack! |
