Taken from a local community cookbook. Haven't tried it yet, but put here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
6 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup olive, sliced and drained |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl and blend well. 2. Spread on crusty bread of your choice. 3. Will stay fresh in the refrigerator for weeks until ready to use. |
