Ingredients:
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 cup pitted manzanilla green olives, chopped
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
