This recipe was included in an email this morning for a couple Olive Garden Copycat recipes. It is slightly different from the other one already listed on Zaar. We will see... Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, cut in bits |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup butter (or margarine) |
1/2 cup milk |
8 ounces fettuccine |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain the pasta according to package directions. 2. In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. 3. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. 4. Leftovers freeze well. |
