Adapted from the Kaotic Kitchen blog. Spread on crackers, pita wedges, french bread... Haven't made yet, so yield is a guess. When I do make, I am planning on using sun dried tomatoes in place of the fresh called for in the recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup green olives |
1/2 garlic clove |
1 tomato |
1 tablespoon yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor; pulse several times to chop and mix well. |
