Adapted from the Kaotic Kitchen blog. Spread on crackers, pita wedges, french bread... Haven't made yet, so yield is a guess. When I do make, I am planning on using sun dried tomatoes in place of the fresh called for in the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup green olives
1/2 garlic clove
1 tomato
1 tablespoon yogurt
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor; pulse several times to chop and mix well.
