easy and delicious and colorful spread for crackers, baquettes etc.
Ingredients:
1 pkg feta cheese, crumbled
1 pkg cream cheese, room temp
plain thick yoghurt as needed- try greek yoghurt
finely chopped black olives as desired
finely drained chopped sundried tomatoes in oil as desired
finely chopped red chili pepper as desired
fresh rosemary as desired for garnish
Directions:
1. Cream the feta and cream cheese till smooth.
2. Blend in a bit of yoghurt to loosen and yet remain creamy.
3. Blend in the finely chopped olives, tomatoes and chili peppers
4. Place into a bowl, garnish with rosemary and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
