Great with barbeque chicken or barbeque shrimp, a loaf of French bread, and a good dessert. Ingredients:
1 cup of mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 cup pimiento stuffed green olives, sliced |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1 head of cabbage |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cabbage 2. Refrigerate overnight 3. Shred the head of cabbage OR can use packaged slaw mix (I prefer to shred my own cabbage) 4. Before serving, toss the shredded cabbage with the dressing 5. Delicious |
