Ingredients:
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. 2. Note: 1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus, thawed, may be substituted for 1 pound fresh asparagus. Add to steamer basket with zucchini and mushrooms. |
