This is a great recipe from Bisquick. I served them today at a family get together of 9 people while I completed the meal. I got one! They were all gone within 10 minutes so I would say they went over pretty good. Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz) |
1/4 cup butter , softened |
1/4 teaspoon worchestershire sauce |
1 cup original bisquick mix |
1 jar (5 oz) pimiento stuffed olives |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Stir together cheese, butter and worcestershire sauce until dough forms. work with hands if necessary.
3. Drain olives and pat completely dry. on paper towel.
4. Shape 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive and place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
5. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
6. makes about 40 appetizers
