OLIVE AVOCADO DIP This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Jennet Estate in Allen, Texas in 1983. Ingredients:
1 avocado flesh removed save shell |
2-1/2 ounce can sliced ripe olives drained well |
1 tablespoon grated onion not dried |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
juice of 1 lime |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pile back into avocado shell. 2. Serve with slices of fresh carrot and radish. |
