Olive and Feta Muffins

Something quick and savoury. Good with taramasalata dip.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced pitted olive
1/2 cup chopped feta cheese
1/2 cup finely sliced spring onion
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sifted self-raising flour
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Combine all ingredients, stirring briefly until just combined. Place mixture into mini muffin tins and bake for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
