Olive and Cheese Bread or Rolls |

This is a variation of the basic bread or rolls recipe. Ingredients:
1 t yeast |
1 cup milk |
2 t sugar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 cups flour |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 cup chopped olives |
1/4 cup low fat cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat the milk until very warm. Add olive oil, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. 2. Wait for the yeast to become foamy, about 5 minutes. 3. Add flour and salt, and mix well. Add copped olives and low-fat cheese. 4. Use heavy-duty electric mixer to mix, about 8 minutes. 5. Shape rolls and let rise about 30 minutes. 6. Preheat over to 375, bake about 20 minutes. |
