Great for a summer cookout. Ingredients:
2 cups celery, chopped |
1/2 cup green olives, chopped |
1/2 cup radish, sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours in refrigerator for flavors to combine. |
