This Recipe was created in San Antonio, home of Ole Avocado and legendary Tex-Mex Food. Nobody in the world can match our flavor because we are the growers, producers and creators of the world's best guacamole. Did we mention we're from San Antonio? This recipe will surely impress your friends and make you a Tex Mex Food Legend! Ingredients:
3 avocados, mushed (use ole avocado guacamole for best results) |
1 (12 ounce) package of mango pico de gallo (if you prefer fresh, see recipe below) |
1/2 lime (juice) |
1 fresh mango, diced fine |
1/2 white onion, diced fine |
1 medium tomato, diced fine |
1/2 jalapenos or 1/2 green chili pepper, serrano diced fine |
1 lime (juice) |
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine (rinsed and dried) |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 -3 dash hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix Olé Avocado with fresh or prepared Mango Pico de Gallo. 2. Chill and serve with chips or pita bread. 3. Optional: Add chilled steamed shrimp and other seafood works very well with this recipe! “Olé Tango Mango Ceviche’”. |
