I found this newspaper clipping in my recipe book - I have yet to try it but it sounds good. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon egg yolk |
1 teaspoon a-1 steak sauce |
2 garlic cloves |
2/3 cup oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except oil in a small blender (like bullet). Blend until garlic is finely chopped. Slowly add the oil, processing until the mixture emulsified, stir in salt and pepper to taste. 2. Serve at once. |
