This was a recipe that belonged to my Aunt Vera. She had a ton of great recipes. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Place in oven at 350°F and cook until golden brown on top and a tooth pick comes out clean. 3. (Do not go by time I have written down, go by the brownness of your cake). |
