Old Fashioned Rice Pudding |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk |
2/3 cup brown sugar (or white sugar) |
3 tablespoons soft butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2-1 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/2-1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly combine rice with all remaining ingredients. 2. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. 3. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. 4. (or LOW: 4-6 hours). 5. Stir after first hour. 6. This recipe may be doubled if desired. |
