This is as southern as you can get. So easy and tasty there will not be any leftovers Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2/3 cup corn syrup |
3 eggs |
1 tbsp flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 stick butter |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Mix well all of the following-sugar, flour, salt, eggs 2. and corn syrup and butter 3. Add vanilla and pecans 4. (You can leave pecans whole but I like them chopped) 5. Pour into pie shell 6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour |
