Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Sour Cream Rocks |

very old cookie recipe from darlene kossman Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup shortening |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. cream peanut butter and shortening
2. add sugar until light and fluffy
3. add egg and sour cream
4. sift dry ingredients
5. add gradually to wet
6. just enough to blend
7. roll cookies into balls
8. using about 1 tablesppon for each cookie
9. flatten them out on ungreased baking sheet.
10. bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
