Good for the heart and tasty also. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/4 cup molasses |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 cups bread flour |
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats or 1/2 cup oats |
2 tablespoons dry milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 3/4 teaspoons dry yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons quick-rising yeast |
Directions:
1. Bake on Sweet Bread cycle. 2. Recipe is for large loaf (1. 5 lb). 3. Measure all ingredients EXACTLY- close is not good enough . 4. Water temperature must be between 70 and 80 degrees. 5. Load ingredients in the pan IN THE ORDER LISTED. 6. Keep yeast away from liquid, Make indention in flour for yeast. |
