1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 cup cracker crumb |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 small chopped onion |
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix meat, crumbs, onion, eggs and salt. 2. Add enough tomato sauce to moisten. Form into a loaf. Put in loaf pan. 3. Bake at 250 to 350° for two hours. When loaf is about half done, pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top. Continue baking until done. |
