M Daddy and I are always competing with different recipes to see whose is best. When it came to the ice cream....I let him win with this one. lol Ingredients:
1 pint milk |
1/4 lb macaroons |
1/4 lb ladyfinger |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pint whipping cream, unwhipped |
Directions:
1. Scald the milk in a double boiler. Add remaining ingredients, except cream, and mash. Add cream and mix well. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and freeze. |
