Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 1/2 cup(s) milk |
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese grated |
8 ounce(s) elbow macaroni cooked and drained |
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Whisk milk and dry ingredients (except bread crumbs) together and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese. Pour mixture over cooked pasta and stir until coated. For topping, miix remaining half cup cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until topping is slightly browned. |
