1 egg |
2 cups cornmeal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, stir in corn meal, salt and milk. 2. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a well-greased, hot griddle. 3. Fry until golden brown on each side. |
