Very easy to make. Tastes great. Ingredients:
3 cups roast beef, leftover |
1 medium onion |
1 cup mashed potatoes |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Grind meat and onion in food chopper. 2. Add mashed potatoes,salt and milk. 3. Mix well. 4. Place in a casserole and sprinkle crumbs over top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes. |
