Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) shortening |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 egg |
1 egg white |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
4 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon(s) soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) milk |
1/2 cup(s) boiling water |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) half-and-half |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/3 cup(s) miniature marshmallows |
1/4 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, then egg white, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in water until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 6 in. round baking pan (Bundt or tube) |
