Ingredients:
4 cups cooked, chopped roast beef |
3 medium onions, chopped |
3 tablespoons butter or margarine |
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed |
3 cups beef broth |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
hot biscuits |
Directions:
1. Sauté meat and onion in butter in a large Dutch oven over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, except biscuits; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve over hot biscuits. |
