Old-Fashioned Chopped Southern Beef Hash

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked, chopped roast beef
3 medium onions, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
hot biscuits
Directions:
1. Sauté meat and onion in butter in a large Dutch oven over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients, except biscuits; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve over hot biscuits.
