From my electric company. Ingredients:
10 inches graham cracker crust |
9 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 dash salt |
3 eggs |
fresh fruit (optional) or fruit, topping (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325ยบ. 2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt and vanilla. Mix until well blended. 3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 4. Place crust (in pie tin) on baking sheet. Pour in filling. 5. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. |
