Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh crab meat, drained and flaked |
2 cups soft breadcrumbs |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons minced onion |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 dashes hot sauce |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except oil, mixing well; shape into 2 1/2-inch patties. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet; cook patties over medium heat 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels; serve immediately. |
