Excellent for crab boils, shrimp boils and clam bakes. I got the recipe from Ted Reader, but the original recipe made up 3 cups, so I have cut it down (considerably!!!) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon paprika |
1/2 tablespoon celery salt |
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt |
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 tablespoon black pepper |
1/2 tablespoon white pepper |
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder |
1/2 tablespoon onion powder |
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander |
1/2 tablespoon cumin |
3/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. 2. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. |
