This side dish works well with burgers, steak, or seared fish Ingredients:
4 cooked yukon gold potatoes |
old bay spice mix |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice cooked potatoes with skin on 1/4 thick 2. lay out on cutting board, sprinkle both sides with Old Bay seasoning 3. Heat heavy fry pan add olive oil and arrange potato slices in pan making sure none over lap each other. Cook till golden brown. Do not shake the pan, use only on slice as your color guide before flipping and repeating in the cooking process on the other side. Serve with a little salt. Enjoy! |
