This cocktail created by mixologists at POP Burger in Manhattan will make your parties, well, pop. A location in midtown Manhattan (58th Street and 5th Ave) recently opened. The original POP Burger location in New York’s hip Meatpacking District remains a favorite of celebrities like Jay Z, Scarlett Johansson, Jude Law, and Sarah Jessica Parker. Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon |
1/4 ounce cointreau liqueur |
1/4 ounce grand marnier |
1/2 ounce orange juice |
1 maraschino cherry |
1 lime wedge |
1 lemon wedge |
orange peel, twist (garnish) |
Directions:
1. Muddle together the cherry, lime, and lemon.
2. Shake together the first four ingredients (alcohol and OJ) and pour over the muddled fruit and serve with orange as a garnish.
