Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
12 ounce(s) frozen okra, thawed |
2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1-1/2 cup(s) onion, chopped |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon(s) whole cumin seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over med heat. Add cumin, cook 10 SECONDS. Add onion, saute 3 min. Stir in okra, then coriander, salt, turmeric, and cayenne. Cover and cook 10 min. stirring once or twice. Stir in lemon juice and sugar. |
