Ingredients:
2 tablespoons bacon drippings |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup chopped green onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
12 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Heat bacon drippings and water in a large skillet. Add onion and salt. Cover, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender. 2. Add eggs; cook over medium heat, stirring often, until eggs are firm but still moist. |
