Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can navy beans, drained and pureed |
3 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
pinch of salt |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine beans, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie before serving. |
