So yummy and easy. I usually already have all this stuff. This is my little sweeties favorite (both of them! Now that's nearly impossible). I use non-fat vanilla yogurt instead of plain. We make these for after nap snacks and sometimes breakfast on the go! Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
6 ounces plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth. That's it you're done! |
