Oil & Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients:
fruit vinaigrette (i like raspberry or lavender/blueberry vinegrette) |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon fresh basil (or if using dried 1&1/2 tsp.) |
2 tablespoons fruit vinegar |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 lemon, zest of |
Directions:
1. Combine vinaigrette, garliic and basil in blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Process until smooth. 4. Serve over salad or use as a marinade for blanched vegetables, i. 5. e. 6. broccoli, asparagus, green beans, or can be used in stir fry chicken with julienned vegetables. |
