This can be stored, covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Ingredients:
1 cup drained mashed tofu |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in container of blender or food processor. 2. Process about 1 minute until smooth or beat ingredients together. 3. Place in a screw-top jar. |
