Simple, oil-free granola. Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed |
2 teaspoons honey |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. 1. Stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon. 2. 2. In a small bowl, mix juice, honey and vanilla. 3. 3. Drizzle over oat mixture, stirring to coat. 4. 4. Spread onto large baking sheet. 5. 5. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every so often. 6. 6. Cool and then add dried fruit, if desired. |
